The following are current active searches for clients.

All positions are located in the greater DC metro area unless otherwise noted and require 12-15 years or more experience in the IT Services, Consulting or Systems Integration industry and experience specific to the Federal agencies listed.  

Must have full lifecycle business development experience and track record of closing large deals.  

Salaries and on target earnings for all positions are commensurate with market standard.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Defense Health Agency

Client - Large Systems Integrator

Prefer IT Services or Systems integration background; experience developing new business in DHA as a prime and/or sub;

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Army Cyber

Client – Mid Tier Systems Integrator

Prefer IT Services or Systems integration background; must have experience with ARCYBER and/or USCYBERCOM; retired Army with current contacts in the Cyber space preferred;

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Homeland Security

Client - Large Systems Integrator

Prefer IT Services or Systems integration background; lead business development efforts across DHS; would prefer experience with CISA, TSA, FEMA, S&T, Management Directorate and CWMD;

CAPTURE AND PROPOSAL

CAPTURE MANAGER

Client – Mid Tier Systems Integrator

Federal capture experience; Prefer some DOD experience; Shipley trained;

PROPOSAL MANAGER

Client – Mid Tier Systems Integrator

Federal proposal background; prefer some experience with Veteran's Affairs and T4 NG;

PROPOSAL MANAGER

Client – Mid Tier Systems Integrator

Federal proposal background; storyboarding; ability to pull apart RFPs and write strong responses;
