The following are current active searches for clients.


All positions are located in the greater DC metro area unless otherwise noted and require 10-12 years or more experience in the IT Services, Consulting or Systems Integration industry and experience specific to the Federal agencies listed.  


Must have full lifecycle business development experience and track record of closing deals in excess of $25M.  Salaries for all positions are commensurate with market standard and on target earnings typically are in the mid-high $200s unless otherwise noted.



BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Federal Civilian Generalist

Client - Large Systems Integrator

Prefer IT Services or Systems integration background; experience developing white space territory in Federal Civilian agencies; Commerce/GSA/HUD/Education/Interior experience preferred


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Department of State / USAID

Client - Large Systems Integrator

Prefer IT Services or Systems integration background; lead business development efforts across State and USAID;


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – USDA

Client - Large Systems Integrator

Prefer IT Services or Systems integration background; lead business development efforts across USDA;


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – EPA

Client - Large Systems Integrator

Prefer IT Services or Systems integration background; lead business development efforts across EPA;


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CMS/HHS

Client – Mid Tier IT Services firm

Broad experience across CMS; any background working with HHS would be a plus;


CAPTURE


FEDERAL CIVILIAN CAPTURE MANAGER

Client - 20 year old WOSB

FEDERAL capture experience; Prefer A&AS; SETA and NON-IT Professional Services experience; DOD and/or DHS experience preferred; Shipley trained;


FEDERAL CAPTURE MANAGERS – DHS / FED CIV / FED HEALTH (multiple positions)

Client-Large Systems Integrator

Capture experience; prefer experience working large strategic opportunities ($50M-$200M+); IT Services or Systems Integration background preferred; Shipley trained
